The Process

Our assessment is customized to address the referral questions and needs of each client. Information is gathered through individual interviews, records review, and formal testing. Once all data has been collected, all clinicians who have assessed the client meet for a case conference during which we present our individual analyses of the client. We then discuss and interrogate our findings to create a unified and cohesive formulation of the client’s psychological profile. We then use this formulation to create an individualized treatment recommendation and compile a list of referrals. A feedback session is then held with the client and, when indicated, members of the client’s support system to discuss our final formulation and treatment recommendations. A formal written report of all findings and recommendations are also provided to the client for future use.

Assessments typically take two weeks but the timeframe is flexible to accommodate the schedule of the client. .
