Comprehensive Psychiatric Assessments

in the Heart of New York City

Wayfinder Collaborative Assessments provides comprehensive diagnostic assessments for individuals struggling to move forward in their lives. We specialize in complex psychiatric presentations, multiple diagnoses, second options, and getting to the bottom of what is going on with you or your loved one.

More than psychological testing, Wayfinder’s coordinated collaborative model brings multiple professional perspectives together to give you the most comprehensive understanding of your current situation and provide you with focused recommendations and the best resources to move forward.

The Process

Each assessment is customized based on the referral questions and the needs of each client. Most assessments typically take two weeks to collect all data and gather information. Once all data has been collected, a case conference will be held where all clinicians who assessed the client, in addition to the client’s outside providers, will review and discuss all findings. A feedback session with the client and family will be scheduled a few days after the case conference. At the feedback session, all findings, recommendations, and referrals will be outlined. A final report of all findings and recommendations will be emailed to the client after the feedback session.
